We know how important a stress-free arrival is for your vacation. That’s why we’ve done everything we can to make your journey as pleasant as possible. Regardless of whether you come to us by car, train or plane – we want you to be able to immerse yourself in the vacation atmosphere on the way to us.
By car
Our Hotel Pfeiss is situated in an idyllic location and is easy to reach by car.
Use our detailed directions to arrive at our premises in a relaxed manner. Free parking is available on site so that you can park your vehicle safely and don’t have to worry about finding a parking space.
Our tip for a relaxed arrival: Stay overnight and enjoy our extensive breakfast buffet on your day of arrival (free of charge this year if you book in advance & €29 per person without booking). Afterwards, you can make yourself comfortable by the pool or in the garden while your room is being made ready by our chambermaids (rooms are ready for occupancy from 2.00 pm).
By train
Are you traveling by train? No problem!
Lana – Burgstall train station is just a few minutes’ drive from our hotel. By prior arrangement, we will be happy to pick you up personally at Lana – Burgstall train station so that you can arrive at our hotel without stress and hectic.
If you need a transfer from Bolzano train station (20 minutes by car), please contact us and we will help you with the organization.
If you are traveling from Switzerland, we also recommend the PostBus connection between Mals and Müstair in Graubünden. This route leads over the “Umbrailpass” (Passo dello Stelvio) and is known for its picturesque beauty and breathtaking views of the Alpine landscape. (PostBus ticket from Müstair is even included in the GuestPass South Tyrol. If you would like to take advantage of this option, please let us know at least 21 days before your planned arrival so that we can send you the free GuestPass tickets.
By airplane
We are pleased to inform you that the Hotel Pfeiss is now also accessible by air. The South Tyrol airport in Bolzano now offers new connections.
Fly to us relaxed and enjoy the breathtaking view of the Alpine landscape during your flight. Our hotel is just 20 minutes by car from Bolzano airport.
Let us organize your transfer from the airport to the Hotel Pfeiss so that you can check in to your vacation destination comfortably and in the shortest possible time.
Alternatively, Verona Airport is a two-hour drive away. We can also organize a transfer for you here.
